IzanagiGames, Inc. (located in Koto-ku, Tokyo, and led by CEO/Producer Shinsuke Umeda) has announced that it has raised capital via a third-party allotment involving a new stock subscription agreement with Cork, Inc., and entered into a business partnership with the company. Cork, Inc. is located in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, and led by CEO Yohei Sadoshima.

By entering into this business partnership, IzanagiGames intends to work with Cork on a variety of initiatives with the aim to further improve the quality of their original games and webtoon content.
