We are Izanagigames, Inc. (“we”, “us” and “our”), the producer of World's End Club (“the Game”). This Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information of individuals (“you”) who play the Game, which is available on Apple Arcade. We consider personal information to be any information relating to you, including your name, your location data, and online identifiers. The Game does not collect or use any personal information.
The Game collects non-personal data using integrated Apple services for achievements and cloud saves to Apple iCloud. These Apple services also have their own privacy policies. We do not store any personal or gameplay data on our servers. We associate your Game Center PlayerID with your saved games but do so solely to identify you as the unique owner of these saved games. We never access or associate any other personal information with your saved games. You can play the Game without supplying us with your personal information or data.
The Game does NOT request access to any data elsewhere on the player’s device (e.g. photos, location, address book). The Game does not transmit any data off your device, except for that necessary to integrate with Apple services.
We use non-personal data to save your game to iCloud and for Game Center to record your achievements. Signing into iCloud and Game Center is necessary to record your progress within the game across multiple devices.
No, we do not share your data with any services outside of the Apple services required for Game Center achievements and cloud saves to Apple iCloud. We do not collect any player data using third party servers or intermediaries of any kind.
The Game collects, uses, and discloses data from users under the age of thirteen (13) (“Underage Users”) in the same way as for other users, as described in this policy. You can decline sending your data to Apple for the purposes of recording Game Center achievements and syncing with your iCloud account. To turn off iCloud data storage, you must turn off iCloud in Apple Settings for our game. As a result, you will only be able to play in single player offline mode and you will not be able to load your saved games on another device, although you may still begin a new game on another device and save your game locally on your device(s). To stop sending data to Game Center, you must sign out of Game Center in Apple Settings. As a result, you will not be able to obtain any achievements in the game.
We do not store any of your saved games, so you may remove your saved game information at your own discretion. To delete the game’s local save data from your device, you may simply delete the game from your device.
Izanagigames Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at its sole and absolute discretion at any time. We encourage you to check here for any such changes from time to time, so you remain fully informed about our data collection, processing and storing activities pertaining to the Game. Unless otherwise specified by us, the revised privacy policy will take effect when posted on this page.
